Basically, The Wewon’s highly accelerated stress test chambers work with AC 220V, 50/60 Hz, 1 phase, If you local power voltage is different, Please identify the difference for our technical engineer checking purpose. Because the difference power and frequency, The hast chamber has some different conditions for test room’s pressure.
Be sure to choose the Purified Water for highly accelerated stress test, the electrical resistivity should lower than 0.05M Ωcm, PH value should between 6.0 ~ 7.2 Use time of wet bulb gauze no more than 200 hours. There is no need to use compressed air when the machine runs.
If you want to add water to the machine, all you have to do is open the front drawer and unscrew the lid of the water tank. The water tank has a capacity of 10 liters. If it’s just a normal test, the tank’s water can be used continuously for about 1 to 2 weeks, It depends on the humidity control and requirements for your test.

① Unsaturation Control∣Humi Water Temp Control |
During temperature heat-up when condensation can easily occur on the reverse side of the specimen, the temperature of the humidifying water automatically increases while keeping it +30℃ lower than the test room’s temperature. |
After testing is complete, the test room of highly accelerated stress test chamber is left to cool and depressurize naturally until test room’s pressure reaches 0.010 MPa. Then both air and water are discharged. |
② Humidity Saturation and Temperature Control |
Test room’s temperature is controlled through a humidifying heater. Test room’s temperature = humidifying water temperaure. |
After testing is complete, The test room of HAST chamber is left to cool and depressurize naturally until chamber pressure reaches 0.01 MPa. |
Then only air is discharged, Humidifying water is retained |
