Hinge fatigue testing machine can print and save graphics (torque-angle curve, torque decay curve, inspection report) | Equipment Features |
The test data is stored on the tester’s computer (each data can be stored, unlimited times).
The test conditions are all set by the computer screen (including opening angle, speed, times, pause time…etc.)
The title of the inspection report can be modified at any time (Chinese and English). The inspection report can be transferred to Excel| and edited in real time.
Shaft torsion endurance Life testing machine can record each torque-angle curve.
When the machine is running, it can display the torque-angle curve and the torque decay curve at the same time.
The test position of Hinge on Notebook can be adjusted by itself. During testing, the engineer can choose to apply force on one side or two sides. |
During testing, it’s important to measure many factors like external clamping force, displacement, travel torque, and hinge life cycles. By tracking the amount of load the sample experiences over time through these measurements, we can gain an understanding of its fatigue behavior during testing and make adjustments if necessary. Additionally, measuring these attributes often allow us to design related experiments that replicate real-world conditions for the components|Hinge Fatigue Testing → How it Works ?
Once the tests are finished and you’ve gathered all your results, it’s important to interpret what you learned. While fatigue testing produces an enormous amount of data, some programmable touch screen controllers are available to help make sense of the results. The programmable controllers makes it easier to keep track of important trends that might be occurring in your sample, such as increasing cycle numbers or constant travel torque. If necessary, this data can also be used to adjust the test configuration for further experiments – for example by incrementing or decrementing sample clamp force.
