Insert the prepared air supply into the back pressure regulator of the salt sprayer and adjust the pressure to 2kg/cm2.Air Source Connect
Add Clean Water to the Test Room: Turn on the power supply and observe the low water level indicator in the test chamber (low water level light on the left side of the panel). If the indicator light is on, the test room is short of water.Add Water Please
Open the upper cover of the salt spray chamber and directly pour the prepared pure water into the box until the low water level indicator light in the test chamber is extinguished (indicating that the water level in the test chamber is full). Note that the water should not be sprinkled into the salt water preheating tank during the water addition. (located below the spray tower).
Add Water to the Pressure Tank: Pay attention to the low water level indicator of the pressure tank (low water level light on the right side of the panel). If the indicator light is on, the test room is short of water.
pressure bucket add water
There is a gray funnel-shaped water inlet on the back of the salt spray machine, as above picture mentioned.
Open the red valve of the water inlet (please pay attention to the direction of rotation, otherwise it will be broken), slowly add the prepared pure water into the funnel. Due to the small diameter, the underwater flow speed is slow, please join slowly and patiently. Until the pressure tank low water level indicator is off, the pressure tank water level has been increased.
Add Water to the Sealed Water Tank: add appropriate amount of pure water in the water tank around the salt spray cabinet cover to prevent the salt spray from leaking out from the surroundings when the instrument is working.
It is recommended to prepare 500g of analytically pure sodium chloride per bottle for the preparation of the test solution.Salt Water Blending and Infusion
Take 9500ML of purified water from our 5000ML rust-proof plastic drum, pour it into a larger clean plastic bucket, add 500g of analytically pure sodium chloride, stir until completely melted. At this time, the brine concentration ratio is 5%.
Slowly pour into the “test drug inlet”. At this point the brine will gradually flow into the brine preheating tank in the test chamber.
Analytical pure sodium chloride of other quality, please follow the concentration of 5% by yourself. Than configuration

During the operation of the salt spray chamber, there may be a water shortage alarm in the test room and pressure tank, which prompts us to timely perform the hydration work of the corresponding part of the instrument. When the instrument is out of water, it will automatically stop working to protect the instrument itself. Will dry, normal working status as shown on the right:Remark and Notes
Please close the “Operation” button during the watering process. The watering method is exactly the same as above. After the water level is fully added (all the low water level indicators are off), then the “Operation” button is turned on and the work is resumed. Since our time relay has automatic Power failure memory function, please don’t worry that the test time before is cleared.
When the salt water is missing, we need to open the small lid of the “test drug inlet” for observation. If the salt water is missing, re-distribute the salt water and ensure that the salt water is always maintained during the work.
