Remember to Protect the Compressor Without Damage

We appreciate you bought an environmental chamber from Wewon Environmental Chambers Co., Ltd. When you made the environmental chamber connect with your local power source. Please don’t do your program testing work quickly, Especially when you received the environmental chamber and 1st time for using. The right procedure is, You make this environmental chamber power on. And waiting for 4~6 hours, Then you can do a program setting work accordingly. Why you need waiting for 4~ 6 hours which is important for this environmental chamber ?

According to our experience, There has a highly risk to damage the compressor if you don’t do the pre-heating step work. There has 30% machine oil inside this France Tecumseh compressor or Germany Bitzer compressor. Many bubble or air in the machine oil, We need turn on the power for environmental chamber and remove this bubble or air from the machine oil. This is a right way to protect the compressor without any damage risk. Meanwhile, This is a right way to continue the France Tecumseh compressor or Germany Bitzer compressor has a better lifetime.

The good suggestion is, When you have received the environmental chamber and try to connect with your local power source, If there any warning message from the controller, Please taken the photo and email us timely. Then our technical dept engineer will check your coming photos and tell you the main reason why this warning message happen. This is very important reminding for the new user who don’t familiar with our environmental chamber design. Thank you.

Protect Compressor Without Damage

Normally, These compressors with Freon work for environmental chambers testing work are generally built to last, But they can still be susceptible to damage if not handled carefully. Here are some tips to remember in order to protect the compressor from damage:

First, it is important to make sure the compressor is properly installed and maintained. This includes checking for any leaks or damage to the system, ensuring proper lubrication, and replacing any worn parts. Regular inspection and maintenance can extend the life of the compressor and prevent costly repairs down the line.
Second, it is important to protect the compressor from environmental factors such as extreme temperatures and exposure to corrosive substances. For example, if the compressor is located in a cold environment, it is important to make sure it is sufficiently insulated to prevent damage from freezing. Similarly, if the compressor is exposed to corrosive substances, it is important to use appropriate coatings or materials to protect it.
Third, it is crucial to follow proper operating procedures when using the compressor. This includes not running the compressor beyond its rated capacity, avoiding sudden changes in pressure, and ensuring proper ventilation. Proper use of the compressor can prevent unnecessary stress on the system and extend its life.
Finally, it is important to use the compressor with compatible components and accessories. Using the wrong tools or accessories can cause strain on the compressor and lead to damage over time. It is important to use only high-quality components that are designed to work with the specific compressor model.

In conclusion, It is essential to remember to protect the compressor in order to prevent costly repairs and extend its lifespan. Proper installation, maintenance, protection from environmental factors, correct operating procedures, and using compatible components are all key factors in ensuring the longevity of the compressor. By following these tips, you can ensure that your compressor remains in top working condition for many years to come.
